The weather was crazy this week. I imagine it was where you are too. By morning, you would want a summery salad. But by evening, you'd crave a warming soup!

Weather has a big impact on what we eat. Not just for how we feel, but also because the best way to shop is to follow supermarket offers. And what's on offer is usually what's seasonal - and that takes the weather!

No matter the weather, we keep to a budget of ~€25 a week. And next Monday-Friday, let's make all lunches and dinners for approximately €24.58 per person.

That's €1.42 a portion.
