Welcome to Week 4 of Spoonfeed! While Big Spoons have received four meal plans, this is the second taster for Little Spoons who get one plan a month.

Most of all, we're so excited that this community of home cooks keeps growing!

This Monday-Friday, enjoy all your lunches and dinners at a cost of around €26 per person. That's €1.30 a portion. The week's meal plan offers a good mix of bases, including pasta, potato, tacos, and rice, as a base for all kinds of meals.

There are some offers that inspired these meals. Promotions don't just make your shop more affordable, they encourage you to take advantage of seasonal variety.
