FAQs

Do the meal plans cover every day?

No - five recipes over five days, Monday-Friday. The dishes are designed to make four portions for two people, so that each dinner produces a dinner and a lunch. It is to making the working week easier. The weekends are your choice, your treat.

Which supermarket offers are taken into account?

The offers are from Colruyt and Delhaize in Belgium. These supermarkets are widespread and operate national pricing and offer strategies. The meal plans do not include offers from Carrefour, who have no catalogue of prices online, nor Lidl or Aldi which are unpredictable.

Who comes up with the recipes?

We do! We follow our recipes and meal plans at the same time as you do. The meal plan is created by us to provide variety and meet the offers at the supermarket. When you cook with Spoonfeed, you cook with us.

Can I still follow Spoonfeed as an individual/family?

Sure, Spoonfeed meal plans are simple to scale to meet your needs. As an individual, it's a good idea to still take advantage of the economy of scale. We'd suggest to make extra and freeze meals to cover those days that you don't feel like cooking.

Can I receive content in French or Dutch?

Currently Spoonfeed is only in English.
